Within 30 Days of Booking AND More Than 91 Days Before Trip Start:
Cancel and forfeit only $1,500 per person; the rest of your payment (or deposit) will be refunded.
91–62 Days Before Trip Start:
Your 50% deposit becomes fully non-refundable.
(If you paid in full, the first 50% is retained; the remaining 50% has not yet been charged unless you paid in full.)
61 Days or Less Before Trip Start:
The final 50% payment is processed automatically (if using split payments).
At this stage, the entire trip cost is non-refundable.
This schedule reflects our contractual agreements with resorts, vendors, and coaches, which must be confirmed well in advance.
Reservation Transfers
If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to another guest for a $200 transfer fee, provided the request is made at least 30 days prior to the trip start date.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment against illness, travel delays, or other unexpected disruptions.
